Kim is President of Signature Management Services. For the past ten years Kim has been involved in all stages of development and management of Homeowners Associations. Having been employed by both management companies and by a homebuilder, Kim has gained profound knowledge and has encountered a variety of situations which have equipped her to successfully accommodate homeowners and provide exceptional services that are essential for a successful community.
Rebecca Zazueta -Osuna: Director of Association Development
Rebecca is Director of Association Management for Signature Management Services. Rebecca started with Signature Management over six years ago as an Administrative Assistant, shortly after the company was formed. Her demonstration of excellent Customer Service skills and ability to learn all aspects of the business effortlessly, earned her a promotion to Assistant Community Association Manager within two years.
Jean Ronald: Community Association Manager
Jean Ronald joined the Signature Management Services team in 2005, as an Assistant Community Association Manager and has recently been promoted to Community Association Manager. Jean has over ten years of recent experience in the HOA Property Management industry.
Diana Behrent: Community Association Manager
Diana Behrent joined Signature Management Services in 2006 as a Community Association Manager. Diana has over 5 years of Community Association Management Experience and holds her CMCA designation through CAI (Community Association Institute).
Krystal Thomas: Community Association Manager
Krystal Thomas joined Signature Management Services in 2006 as a Community Association Manager. Krystal graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration, with a major in Business Management.
Diane Langley: Community Association Manager
Diane Langley joined Signature Management Services in 2006 as a Community Association Manager. Diane has over ten years HOA management experience ranging from on-site management of a luxury, 6-story mid-rise condo on 8.5 acres in East Honolulu to a portfolio of approximately 6 communities in the Denver metro area.
Lauren Percilla: Administrative Assistant
Lauren Percilla recently joined our team as our new Administrative Assistant. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Real Estate, from the University of Georgia.

Marcy Pasquinelli is our Bookkeeper. Marcy graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Management.
Sharon Cosolo Gay: Recreation Center Coordinator for the Village of Five Parks
Sharon is the Recreation Center Coordinator at one of our largest communities, The Village of Five Parks in Arvada. Sharon works on-site at The Depot Recreation Center planning monthly activities and annual neighborhood events for Village of Five Parks community.
